B= bypass the conscious mind. At this stage when bypassing the conscious mind the induction you choose will elicit that exact phenomenon that causes hypnosis to exist.

S= stimulate the unconscious mind. To do this we need to simply employ our therapeutic strategy, story, tactic or method that creates a therapeutic outcome.

When simplifying conversational hypnosis the practitioner needs to consistently employ attention to fuel their induction and the therapy.

With consistent attention from your client, your induction will have the power to bypass the conscious mind. It is only once the practitioner has done this effectively will the practitioner have clear access to stimulates the unconscious mind with therapy.

One of the biggest issues a practitioner and can face is when on completion of their induction assumption is made that the conscious mind as been bypassed.

When using any induction clear signs that are known as unconscious moments can be seen and heard and used as clear signs of the success of the induction.

These signs range from body relaxing, blink rate increase, shallow breathing and even confusion.

One simple law to stick by is to always remember that before you move into this stimulation of the unconscious minds you must see or hear clear signs of these unconscious moments in action.

If however you do not see or hear these unconscious moments it is best practice to either choose a new induction or change tactics altogether.

On the other hand, if you do see these unconscious moments your goal should be to move into your therapy routine.
